Hello
My name is Shane Crowell. I was born and raised in Poulsbo, Wa. I graduated from North Kitsap High School, then Central Washington University before moving back to Poulsbo after graduation. My family has been here for many generations and I am proud to call the Puget Sound my home.
My Story
Like many people, I needed a job while attending university. I worked a few different jobs before a friend was hired at a local paving company and later helped me get a position there as well. During the summers, the company offered a significant amount of overtime, which was hard to pass up as a college student trying to earn as much as possible in a short period of time.
What started as a summer job quickly turned into something more. I found that I really enjoyed the work and took pride in seeing the finished results. Ten years later, I’m still in the industry and haven’t looked back.
