Asked
Questions

Q: How long does sealcoat last?

A: For businesses or high traffic areas, roughly 3-5 years.

A: For residential, 5-7+ years. Sealcoat is a wear item so the more you drive on it, the faster it'll wear off.

Q: How much does sealcoat cost per square foot?

A: It costs anywhere from $0.50 - $2.00 a square foot depending on many variables. We offer free estimates and will not give you a firm price without seeing the project.

Q: How long do I have to wait to drive on it?

A: On average, 12-24 hours. However, we recommend waiting until it's been dry for 24 hours.

Q: How do you clean the asphalt?

A: We use a few different methods depending on the condition of the asphalt. We use a Bensink hydraulic rotary broom and a handheld wire brooms for tight areas, or we use a 4 gallon per minute 4,000 psi commercial grade pressure washer.
